Intuitive energy practitioner Marketa will present an Energetic Protection and Cleansing workshop this June at The Yoga Sanctuary in Fort Walton Beach. Designed for individuals seeking greater emotional balance and energetic awareness, the class explores practical techniques for recognizing and releasing unwanted energetic influences while strengthening personal well-being.

Participants will learn grounding practices, how to identify their natural energetic state and ways to recognize when outside energies may be affecting them. The workshop also focuses on simple cleansing methods intended to help attendees feel more centered, clear and empowered in their daily lives.

“Many people are highly sensitive to the energy around them without realizing it,” says Marketa. “This class is about learning how to reconnect with yourself and create healthy energetic boundaries.”

The workshop will be offered from 9 a.m. to noon on June 13 or June 18, 2026, at The Yoga Sanctuary in Fort Walton Beach. Cost is $129.
